1.      Single or in pairs, without equipment

·          Imitating animals

 2.   Single or in pairs, using equipment

·         Skipping using a skipping rope.
·         Rotating the Hoo-La-Hoop.
·         Throwing and catching a ball.
·         Throwing a ball on to a wall and catching it.
·         Bumping a ball along the ground.

For each of the above, you can count the number of successful attempts. While doing these activities, you will experience how rhythm and posture help you to perform activities easily.
3.      More than two people - without equipment

·         Catch the Thief.
·         Fish net.
·         Hide and Seek.

4.      More than two people - with equipment

·         Ball games
·         Breaking the tail.

Some other recreational games;

1.      Middle cub
The ball is passed between the two players at the two ends, without letting the one in the middle to get hold of the ball. If the middle one gets the ball, the players who threw the ball has to go to the middle and try to get the ball while it is being passed.

2.      Catch the ball
The players stand in a circle and the ball is passed arbitrarily, sometimes even looking the other way so as to deceive the players. Those failing to catch the ball will have to leave the circle. The last one to be left with the ball is the winner.

3.      Water – Land
Mark an area on the grounds as “Water”. Jump in and out of that area like jumping in to water, and out of water, on to “Land”.
